To start when you reach level 100 you will be auto granted a quest to go and see Beriudur. Once you talk to Beriudur you will be directed to talk with Tolrian the Library faction representative.
She will give you 4 quests to complete. Once you complete each quest you will be awarded a Library Token with 2.5k Reputation for the Library Faction of Dol Amroth. Using these tokens will not use up any reputation acceleration. The Library tokens you recieve from the 4 quests will max out your reputation with the Library Faction of Dol Amroth.
Now you have to talk to Beriudur again and enter what is known as the Training Exercise. This is a daily instance that will be vital to us later on.
Inside this instance you need to again talk to Tolrian of the Libray faction. Once you've talked to Tolrian and then Beriudur one last time all the npcs will run off to the south western gate.
You will have 3 quests bestowed upon you that you will need to complete. These quests will award you a Gold Token and a LIbrary Box for each quest.
